Heading Toward Thanksgiving; Thank you
With Thanksgiving next week — we give thanks to our donors, volunteers, staff, and our clients — the people who put so much faith in the Center. We are also grateful that the citizens of Hamilton County voted to approve the Senior Services, Tax Levy. The Center receives much-needed funds from this levy.

How you can help
It is also the time that we take stock — literally —and consider the goods that make life easier for our clients. Our clients often come to us with very few personal possessions —often with only a few items of clothing. The following are items that are needed. Please consider donating these goods to us throughout the winter.
Center for Respite Care Autumn Wish-List:
- Sweats, hoodies, long sleeve pullovers – M to XXL for both women and men
- Women’s underwear – S, M & Lg and Sports Bras – M, Lg, XLg, XXL
- Men’s underwear (boxers, boxer briefs) – 32 waist through XXL
Our annual campaign
It is also the time of year that we launch our annual campaign. We will continue to share client stories with you. To learn about clients, please visit our website and see the section called “The Lives we have touched.” These discuss people who have come to us at their most vulnerable moments and have recovered and returned to a stable life.

A final Thank You
We provide thousands of bed hours, care hours, and educational hours to people on an annual basis. We were able to continue this service throughout the pandemic. We could not do it without you. Thank you to each of you who reached into your hearts and supported us.
