Thank you, Board Members and welcome Tressa Johnson!
Serving on a nonprofit board is a major time and resource commitment. The Center’s board members serve on committees, attend events, invest resources and knowledge. Simply put, we could not do it without them. I rely on my board to provide insight and oversight. Thank you to each for your willingness to serve.
Today, we welcome our newest board member Tressa Johnson. Tressa has demonstrated leadership through volunteering and leveraging her knowledge base.
Tressa Johnson has over 21 years of employee benefits experience, including leadership, sales, account management, project management, plan design, employee communication and customer service. She has an extensive background in employee benefits and all types of customer needs-based solutions, as well as large employer Human Resources issues.
In 2021, Tressa transitioned from working at Unum as an ancillary Benefit Consultant to USI. She brought her prior Account Executive experience, including employee benefits knowledge, HCM technology solutions and payroll options to support her new role.
As a Benefit Consult, Tressa takes great care to ensure benefit plans are an effective tool for Human Resource departments to recruit and retain key resources.
Tressa received her BA degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and her MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga . She lives in Ft. Mitchell, KY with her husband and daughter.
Big thanks to Tressa and our board. We are always looking for individuals who would like to serve. If you are interested, please contact us.
